Small silicon rectifiers and compact rectifiers

Preferred types for the voltage range of 40 - 500 V and for current loads of 0,8 - 60 A in the standard housings, can be supplied ex stock.

Silicon diodes and thyristores

• standard executions with wires, screw connections and of disc-type
• the elements of disc-type are hermetically sealed and also adapted for oil cooling

Silicon back-off-diodes

• Delivery within 24 hours in case of replacement demand
• Available for all voltages and currents through series circuits and parallel circuits

Silicon rectifier stacks (with pressfit diodes)

• Delivery within 24 hours in case of replacement demand (also as replacement for selenium stacks)
• Special designs according to your instructions for almost all brands and executions
• Technical checks of sent in rectifiers

optional:

• Protective circuits against voltage peaks via Metal Oxide Varistors or SELEMIT-surge suppressors
• Temperature monitoring through bimetal switch
• Current bridges for stacks till 100 A as indicated in the list, above on request

• short delivery times for customer-specific executions

Selenium surge suppressors

• Special purpose equipment to customer specification
• Electrical components combined with customer-specific plastic housings

  Power regulator stacks with disc-seal diodes and disc-type thyristors

The power regulator stacks are available in all commonly used circuits, voltage ranges and current ranges.

The power regulator stacks are available equipped with

• overcurrent protection/ voltage surge protection
• thermostatic switches
• water flow rate measurement

The protections elements are delivered mounted or unmounted, depending on the customer's specification.
